Terms & refunds

1. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally from your My downloads page as soon as payment is confirmed. You can download them again at any time while your account exists.

2. License

Each purchase grants you the license shown for the edition you bought (visible in My downloads). Unless the edition says otherwise, you may use store products in your own projects and in client work, but you may not resell, redistribute or share the original files as a standalone product.

3. Updates

Updates published for a product you own are available in My downloads at no extra cost. Updates may be discontinued for a product at the studio’s discretion.

4. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If a product is defective or materially not as described, contact support and it will be resolved.

5. Support

Support is provided through the Support page. Include your order number so we can find your purchase quickly.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the catalog evolves. Purchases remain governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
