Right after payment your order appears in My downloads (top menu). Sign in with the e-mail you bought with. You can download again whenever you like.

Yes. When a new version is published you will see an “Update available” badge in My downloads, and older versions stay available too.

Some products come in more than one edition (for example different licenses or extra files). Each edition lists what it includes on the product page, and your license text is saved with your order.

Digital products and licenses are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If something is broken or not as described, reach out via the Support page and the studio will make it right.

Store products — bots, templates, apps, and games — may be used in client work and end products you sell, but you may not resell the bot or template itself as a standalone product. See the license text of your edition for the exact terms.

Yes. Every 3D model Crazy Eyes Studio releases is free to download on MakerWorld and Printables. Personal, non-commercial printing is always free. The 3D Model Commercial License is only for selling physical prints of eligible Crazy Eyes Studio models.

No. The 3D Model Commercial License applies only to eligible Crazy Eyes Studio 3D models. It does not apply to games, PC apps, Discord bots, websites, website templates, custom commissions, or 3D models created by other designers. Those are separate products with their own terms.

Submit a brief on the Commissions page with your project type, budget, and a description of what you need. The studio reviews it, sends a quote, and builds it once you approve. A realistic timeline comes with your quote before anything starts.
