1. The 3D Model Commercial License
The 3D Model Commercial License is a recurring subscription that grants you the right to sell physical prints made from eligible Crazy Eyes Studio 3D models published as free models on MakerWorld and Printables. The license is active for as long as your subscription remains in good standing. Each renewal extends that right for the next billing period. The license does not transfer ownership of the digital model, copyright, or intellectual property.
2. What the license does NOT cover
It applies only to eligible Crazy Eyes Studio 3D models. It does not apply to other software, games, PC apps, Discord bots, websites, website templates, custom commissions, or 3D models created by other designers. Store products are sold separately and come with their own terms.
3. Free models on MakerWorld & Printables
Models published on MakerWorld and Printables are free to download for personal use according to the applicable model and platform license. Selling physical prints of those eligible models requires an active 3D Model Commercial License.
4. Cancellation & expiration
If you cancel, your license remains active until the end of your current billing period. After expiration, you may no longer produce new physical prints for sale. Physical prints you already sold before expiration remain yours. Store products you already purchased are not affected by cancelling a subscription.
5. Commissions & custom work
Custom work is delivered with usage rights agreed in your quote. Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissioned assets are licensed for your commercial use and are not redistributable.
6. Refunds
Because digital products and licenses are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once accessed. If something is defective or materially not as described, contact support.
7. Changes to these terms
Active subscriptions and prior purchases remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
