Product Condition

We sell both new and used products.

Used products may show signs of wear and are graded according to their condition. Product descriptions and photos will accurately reflect the item's condition whenever possible.

3D Printed Products

Many of our custom accessories are made using 3D printing technology.

Due to the manufacturing process:

  • Minor layer lines may be visible

  • Small cosmetic variations may occur

  • Colors may vary slightly from photos

These characteristics do not affect functionality.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order 3D printed products may require additional production time.

Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Once an order has shipped, Crazy Eyes Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must:

  • Be returned in original condition

  • Include all original accessories

  • Not show signs of misuse or damage

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized items

  • Digital products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Gaming Consoles & Electronics

Used consoles and electronics are tested before sale unless otherwise stated.
